Extremely disappointed. This is not a 4 star hotel. Bad value for money.
1. You have to pay extra 5 euros for each beach towels + a15 euro deposit.
2. The room is so small you aren’t able to open your suitcase because the room measurements includes a big balcony so the room itself is ridiculously small.
3. You get only a sheet and no blanket and only 2 small and uncomfortable pillows.
4. The towels for the bathroom are sheets and not real towels. The breakfast is not good.
5. There is no real coffee (you have to pay extra for it), and there is no variety at all.
6. The dinner costs 30 euros per person and there is only 2 options on the menu even though it’s a buffet.
7. I am traveling with a baby and arrived to the hotel at 16:00 after calling 3 hours prior to my arrival to let them know I’m coming. It took them 1.5 hours to bring me the crib. I was alone with my baby, nowhere to put her so I couldn’t go to the bathroom for an hour and a half.
8. There is a big conference at the hotel so the music is loud and the have all kinds of activities all day long with big speakers.
9. We went and talked to the reception about our feelings but they said that there is nothing they can do.

Not for the British Im afraid..obv a French/Italian all inc holiday hotel..|| ||Miles from any eateries...so why offer B&B?.....and the breakfast was poor continental style ....||||AI option was for all other nationalities..."but not for you".....actually spoken to me||||CAR is essential ..please make this known

Hotel is very good well located but Bart Team : Danilo, Rosario, Simona, Antonella ,Salvo and Gioia are the best I ever meet. Food was very good and served nicely.||Water in pool very fresh and clean. Life guard on duty pool and beach too||All the best||Mariusz from Poland
Very nice place, clean rooms, friendly staff. Only one suggestion: if you would have a pier that could help a lot to avoid any accident on a pebble beach when people go in or come out the sea. The beach is lovely.
